I don't think it should be a total shock. I say that because they have been reducing the number of girls on for some time. There were 4 girls a day at one point, then 3 a day and recently sometimes only 2. The hours had also been cut back which was not a healthy sign.

I saw Ella Pearl on there this afternoon, so I'm shocked by the suddeness of it at least. There was a special show on Thursday night this week too, although I noticed that Sunday was looking blank. All in all it appears to have been a very sudden decision.

I feel sorry for Saskia, it took her a long time to get in with one of the channels and they went under after she did just three shifts

To be honest the relative lack of interest in ChatGirl TVX shown in this forum makes me think we shouldn't be surprised at its closure. I've always felt that this forum is the best barometer there is and ever could be of how a show is generally faring and I have to say that the interest in ChatGirl TVX here has never been that great.

Yes, it IS sad, but these things are always a bit of a gamble - lots of competition, and with the increasing popularity of personal webcam, etc, I think it's definitely harder than a few years back!
Did definitely enjoy working at CGTVX - though not been on for ages, do to catching up on shoots and being abroad. Certainly had some fun and very memorable callers
