I think the top 4 are pretty much cemented anyway. West Indies, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh could still make it, but would have to win all their remaining matches. RE: ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 - aaron - 21-06-2019 10:13 Bangladesh had to chase another high total yesterday, but despite a spirited effort fell 48 runs short. If they had managed to beat Australia it would have kept them in with a good chance of a semi-final spot, but that was probably the last chance for anyone to really upset the applecart and it would need a big turnaround for anyone to challenge the current top 4 now. RE: ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 - William H Bonney - 21-06-2019 10:25 England are unchanged from the last match, with Vince playing ahead of the still injured Roy, both Ali and Rashid selected as spin is expected to play a part in this one, and Wood playing for the 5th time in a row, after not being selected for the 1st match. Sri Lanka won the toss and chose to bat first. RE: ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 - Charlemagne - 21-06-2019 10:26 Sri Lanka won the toss and decided to bat. They lost 2early wicket but have made a comeback, currently 59-2 off 12 RE: ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 - Rammyrascal - 21-06-2019 11:05 86-3 now |
