RE: The Royals - HannahsPet - 22-03-2024 19:12 TBH just thought it was abdominal surgery which could have been almost anything are you saying that charles faked cancer how is that possible shes only discovered it was cancer the day will went awol from that church service the king had already been receiving treatment RE: The Royals - Tumble_Drier - 22-03-2024 19:50 I'm saying nothing of the sort and frankly it's bizarre that you can take that from my post. She had surgery in early January, Charles' diagnosis was revealed in early February. It's glaringly obvious that she was unwell (abdominal surgery isn't exactly minor) and the speculation was already rife at that time so the Palace went Public with the King's diagnosis to give the Sharks something to feed on. RE: The Royals - The Silent Majority - 22-03-2024 22:26 As I understood from the statement, she hasn't actually got cancer, as far as they know. Whatever it was she had removed was only found to be cancerous after they removed it and the chemo she's now on is preventative, just in case. RE: The Royals - Skyline - 23-03-2024 12:08 She's the one Royal (imo), that really interests me in terms of her kindness around others when fulfilling Royal duties of such, her general demeanour and she has an almost charismatic presence about her - I really wish her well in her recovery and hope the media does respect the privacy that she needs at this time. It hasn't stopped the endless speculation, with hours of debate, news channels all rolling out guest & experts to analyse every aspect. Some taking the moral high ground regarding the hounding, they are all culpable & must be adding to the distress rather than offering comfort. I just wish they would leave Kate & her family in peace. It'll come to me soon I'm sure ![]() RE: The Royals - skully - 26-03-2024 13:29 I do think her title is somewhat cursed tbh. RE: The Royals - HannahsPet - 24-06-2024 11:34 Another one in hospital Princess Anne sustained minor injuries and concussion on her estate not said but it will be something like a riding accident https://www.royal.uk/news-and-activity/2024-06-24/a-statement-from-buckingham-palace RE: The Royals - Snooks - 30-01-2025 21:47 Ordinarily I would be quite cynical about stuff like this but fair play to Kate. She seems such a genuine person. Good on her. BBC News - Kate stops car for chat with 'hello princess' girl https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/crr0ergzw52o |
