Well short.
The population of Liverpool and Lancashire are roughly the same as Manchester. Liverpool got £42m & Lancs got £44m. So the £75m seems about the correct figure.
But then they have probably run out of money after paying for all that faulty PPI, failing Test and Trace and all the fat pig consultants.

Sorry Boris, you spout more bullshit than I can get out of my arse, you have failed repeatedly to get a 'world beating' Test & Trace system off the ground & working look where it is it's not even looking world - beating, and is regarded as a huge waste of money, and only recently ignored the SAGE Group's advice when you & your Govt said you were 'following the science' during lockdown - so what has changed?

All for the sake of 5 million or 0.042% of the money it spaffed on the test and trace system that doenst fucking work its just like the Goverment wanted to crash it to look hard but it will spectacularly backfire on them
