Great that dan has another fight but surely this is his last chance?

Not seen the last ppv yet, this no sky, no Internet, I'm getting withdrawals

PITBULL!!! KO Round1. When his mind's right and his weight isn't an issue, Alves is #2 fighter in the division for me. A threat to everyone. Dangerous lad.

We have been absolutely spoiled with UFC events, the last couple of years! I much prefer MMA to boxing, which is essentially, an aggressive game of tag.
I am teaching tonight, MMA groundfighting basics, so if any of you live near Accrington, come on down Wink

Just a little advice on training bags for any of you requiring one.

In dire need of a new MMA kit bag, I eventually gave up waiting on availability of the awesome looking Jaco convertable bag :'(
[attachment=29305]
and opted for a large Under Armour duffle, for a good price at just £30 from JJB sports.
[attachment=29306]
The duffle bag is brilliant, but be warned it's enormous! With lots of cool features, tons of room for all my sparring gear, PLUS my thai pads and focus mitts & also little, well thought out compartments, including a shoe compartment. One of my training partners also bought one on the same day & is really happy with it Smile
There is a medium sized version for £25, if you don't need to carry around quite so much stuff, as I do.

At the moment, because I also need a smaller bag for general light training sessions, I am torn between buying the UA Victory backpack for £24 + p&p from Amazon.co.uk (JJB don't stock the backpack, strangely)
[attachment=29307]
or this UFC backpack, reduced from £40 to a ridulously low price of £12, p&p. Though I expect it's a limited time offer.

I have checked around online & both backpacks have had great reviews.

My mate bought one of these to take out to Afghanistan with him, he said it's like a mini wardrobe with enough room to keep all his bits & bobs that he likes to keep clean & dust free & it's lighter then carrying two army issue bergens.
