Dakota at least appears to be getting regular shifts, even if she is filling in for others at times, so hopefully they're giving her a chance.
I was surprised things didn't work out with Darla; given plum weekend time slots, a night show too, yet didn't seem to catch on with callers.
Rhia was the one I felt most sorry for though, gets one lousy shift a week, and then it's the early morning mid-week one, the worst shift of the lot. She never really stood much of a chance sadly.
It boils down to the same thing as ever with XPanded, whether they're prepared to give Dakota, Abigale and Natasha favourable shifts and a chance to build their fan bases and perhaps sacrifice the likes of Hannah, Lola, Clara, Vicky etc. for a bit. Somehow I very much doubt it though and wouldn't be surprised if in three-months from now Dakota, Abigale and Natasha have all been replaced by three new girls while the channel favourites remain getting plenty of shifts a week.

Agree about your points above, too much reliance on established girls and not enough opportunities for newbies to grow a base. 100% agree on your Rhia comments too, shame really, hope she gets a chance somewhere else.

She's still listed on their site and still carries their name on her Twitter page. May be wrong but I'm sure she was only able to do shows at weekends?

Take it someone has no-showed or is running late and they couldn't get cover? I only tuned it because I was half hoping Hazel may be on.
Too echo what others have said, those oversized graphics look fucking dreadful!

Xpanded is just running adverts on both their streams this morning when I flicked over.
There is a message saying Becky B will be back shortly, so looks like yet again they only have one girl rather than the usual two for a shift.
