Rory with a win (and reaction) for the ages. One of the most emotional rounds of golf I've seen. His reaction after sinking that putt was something to behold. The weight of 11 years of waiting for the next major being lifted was on full display

I feel for Justin Rose. Such a class act.
Incredible performance coming back from 7 down with 8 holes to go
He had a great second shot in the playoff, just a bad roll beyond the hole. Usually the ball comes back more than it did
Wasn't meant to be

He's in a very exclusive club I think

When you look at how he re - focused once that 4 shot lead went was exceptional and some of the shots he pulled off were incredible.

I get the feeling if Rory would hve wanted anybody else in that playoff with him, it would have been Justin, Ryder Cup team Mates and British Players. It was nice to see two British players fill the top two spots at Augusta, it doesn't happen very often. Had De Chambeau been in that play off with him it probably would have turned out very differently as I think Bryson would have out drove him and put Rory under pressure. That has to be up there for sheer emotion with when Greg Norman blew that six hole lead against Faldo. But Certainly Amen Corner played its part. Who was leading amateur?

Rose can be proud of how he played I still remember that recovery shot from the open when he made his debut, but he played brilliantly when you consider how far down the Leader board he was too. At 44 I'm sure he realises how much longer he has to wait to for another championship win and I hope it's not too long as I feel he deserves another Major win

A good performance from the European golfers. 4 English golfers in the top 27 and Rory (whoever he's flying his flag for this week) winning the green jacket.

Glad he got it, 14 years in the waiting. Sad for Rose, often a forgotten man for some reason.
