Season 2 Episode 4 "Watcher"
Getting the feeling there's at least one original Star Trek series connection with what/who Picard is dealing with, which one I don't know (or might be none lol).
I think Annie Wersching is turning out to be the best incarnation of the Borg Queen yet, her continuing almost trolling with Agnes is good.

My vote is still with Alice Krige for best incarnation of The Borg Queen, Annie Wersching is excellent regardless and there were more excellent scenes between Agnes & The Borg Queen this week.
Also loved the Star Trek IV: " The Voyage Home" Easter Egg & an Easter egg to the original series

Ep 4 “Watcher” Season 2
There’s loads of Easter Eggs in this Ep firstly from the original series the Ep titled “The City on the Edge of Forever”.
The guy with the ghetto blaster is the same character and actor from Star Trek IV The Voyage Home he was also a executive producer on the movie.
The book at the end that woman is reading The Pallid Son is by Tracy Tormé. who wrote a few Early Next Gen Eps a big was the Dixon Hill Ep.
He later would work on the Sci Fi Sliders.
There’s references to the DS9 two parter “Past Tense” Season 3
The boxing advertisement poster in the alley when Picard beams in appeared in original series Ep "City on the Edge of Forever." and DS9 “Past Tense”
I hope they do explain why Guinan doesn’t recognise Picard as she did meet him in the Next Gen Two Parter “Time’s Arrow”
The explanation as why Picard a French man but speaks with a English accent was great. All tho it’s really to do with when Patrick Stewart auditioned for the role he couldn’t do a good French accent lol.

Picard is in an alternate timeline where his encounter with the Devidians never occured, thus never going through their time portal to ever meet Guinan in the 19th century. One of the show runners seems to have confirmed that.
I wouldn't put it past General Picard to have slaughtered the Devidians as well lol
