If it is Boris, he will completely re-invigorate the party and the activists, and in turn the voters. He'll also slaughter the piss-stained anti-semite Steptoe that leads the Labour Party at the despatch box. Happy days!

The fact that he really boils the piss of all the right people, and they clearly fear his talents for getting elected, is yet another reason to hope he wins.

^ In many instances I’d agree with you but I’ve followed his career for a long time and he’s a piss poor example of an elected official. I prefer elected officials not to be proven liars, lazy, gaffe ridden twats

Matt Handcock has pulled out of the contest after only polling 20 votes.

Then there was 6.

If Boris wins, that seals it for me. I'm voting for independence next time round.

The only person who will beat Boris is Boris.

RE: Next PM - southsidestu - 14-06-2019 16:37

I am not even going to think about changing to Yes until the SNP put forward any sort of notion that they have a clue what Independence involves. We've had three years of absolute clusterfuckery because of a lack of detail in how a binary yes/no referendum actually translates.

Scotland doesn't need to go through this process itself again.

I’m coming to Scotland on holiday his year. If Boris wins I might not go home. I see he has now said he’ll participate in the TV debates. Lets see if he answers the Cocaine question this time and can talk about policies without cocking up.

Well Hancock has his half hour Big Grin
The Magnificent Seven become the Slightly Less Impressive Six!
There won't be another referendum in Scotland(what bit of once-in-a-lifetime does Sturgeon not understand?) because no PM worth their salt will allow that to happen and break up the UNITED Kingdom so she and that other fool in Parliament, Ian Blackford should shut up and stop banging on about it. However, I do feel that at this moment in time it will be Boris Johnson as the new Prime Minister UNLESS Gove or Hunt have a spectacular triumph.
