So frustrated with elites telephone system not working properly. Have been tryin to call Alice for hours on the credit card line and after going thru all the procedure and messages am only offered the choice to speak to a girl at home. Each time it eats another minute of your credit so have now spent nearly 30 quid for nothing. Last time I applied for a photo I got nothing, but paid for it. Simply not good enough. Inadequate unprofessional and verging on fraud. If you cannot fulfil a service don't pretend to offer it.

as has been mentioned earlier elite has dropped 911 and from now on will be 914 and 965

Whilst I share your anger here, (unable to get through to Charlie last night) thought I'd point out that Elite do not directly operate the telephone system. That is operated by D2see & Primetime tv (in association with Elite tv), so perhaps your anger would be better directed their way. Respectfully suggest you check the ticker tape OSG at the bottom of the screen, where you will find the info you need. Should you wish to persue it.

Alice is on the Elite schedule for there daytime show,so will be a 10am or noon start,she is also on for Friday and then Monday ( Daytime shows also )
