Well that's told Boris - a humiliation to the end. So in layman's terms by removing his pass would that mean he can be arrested if he tried to re-enter parliament without it?

If you haven't already i recommend the Dispatches documentary Boris, the Lord and the Russian spy. Quite a bit of television, the stuff about Boris would be shocking if it was anyone other than him but Labour and Peter Mandelson in particular don't come out of it too well either
