Bloody rain annoyed

RE: Cricket Banter - Boomerangutangangbang - 28-05-2024 18:48

The local forecast shows 50-60% chance of rain through until 9pm, the cut -off being 21.18 for a 5 over a side match. Any play looks highly unlikely.

Forecast for game 4 looks dodgy too.
Not exactly ideal preparation for England ahead of a tournament.

More hopeful of some play at least for this evenings game, although some rain forecast either side of the start time.

Jofra Archer getting wickets has to be a good omen.

RE: Cricket Banter - Charlemagne - 31-05-2024 07:58

I hope that Pakistan have learn't that you can't hide players behind the wickets.
There supersized keeper cost them an extra 10 runs and a wicket.

Especially when they have a good keeper in the team

They need to get Azam Khan a fitness trainer, and keep him away from the cream cakes.

England are planning on dropping Johnny Bairstow from this years test team. They are going to use Surrey's Jamie Smith, who will earn his 1st cap.
