All organisations have to deal with new staff and the culture of an organisation comes from the top. I don't see that BS are strong enough in setting out the standards of behaviour they expect on and off screen.
You are spot on here. The new bs babes have to show respect etc to the veteran bs babes and bs crew, that in turn hopefully should lead the veteran bs babes & bs crew to show respect to the new bs babes.
Agree with kerravon, nature of any workplace. Have people you get on with and people you don't.

Your post is a very worthy one SecretAgent. It's always good when someone brings balance to a discussion.
I would add that if a new member of staff brings 'issues' in her personal life to work it may be rather unhelpful.

its a competition based industry to a point so theres bound to be some element of animosity between colleagues when IN the workplace

Especially when in the past BS has got rid of more expensive Experienced staff and replaced with cheaper newer talent like they did in 2012

Indeed, the bs babes have to generate good stats otherwise the show they are on will let them go. So as a result they are always in competition each shift they do with the bs babes they are on with
So yes there is bound to be some animosity in the workplace at bs or the other babeshows.

I agree, the girls are more like competitors than colleagues, each wanting as many shifts as possible to maintain their lifestyle, worried that newcomers will take their callers and ultimately their jobs.

Atmosphere will be a lot better tonight as Nicole and Kerrie will have Alice and Lexi for company

This is basically nonsense - as many occupations involve competition between workers and animosity is generally not the norm.
I've worked in places where there was immense competition between workers and everyone still got along with each other.
Anyone showing animosity towards other girls at Babestation would be out of the door very quickly anyway - as has happened in the past.

I'm sure that most girls at Babestation are much more secure than you imagine.
If they are hitting their call targets without any trouble they are not likely to be wasting their time worrying about newcomers.
