I thought it was more like Buffy than supernatural although thats like Buffy as well I suppose. It was quite promising but I think they are trying to cash in on the Dr Who market. Mackenzie Crook was meant to be a vampire in it (I think) - why didnt he bite the girl? Phillip Glenister didnt need the american accent though- I think its to make him less like Gene Hunt. One last thing - all you guys who loved Rab C Nesbit over Christmas- where you drunk when you watched it? I thought it was the biggest pile of poo in ages. I watched some of the old ones and they are classics but this was terrible. It seemed to just want to make modern in jokes- It used to be a great piss take of scottish life but I didnt see tht so much in this.
