Yeah he prob wasnt guilty but the fact he destroyed his phone before talking to investigators made him look guilty as hell
Also with Manning its the whole dynasty thing with his father and his brother as well

To be fair if I was as well known as Brady I'd destroy my phone as well , no knowing what personal information someone could pull off it .
