Week 8 Results
Thanks to all that played. More unexpected results in the Premier League meant we had a fairly low scoring round. No player achieved more than one correct score and only one player achieved six correct results. Three of the so called "big six" had surprising reverses which was a main factor in ruining most players coupon... still there's plenty of weeks left in the season for everyone to make amends.
Top scorer in this round is lancealot790. You got 10 points thanks to your first joker, the only one in the round, and four correct results. The highest scoring correct results was achieved by love life. No-one has really been able to pull away at the top of the overall standings and it's all bunched up again. The joint leaders in the overall standings are myself and dionnelover09. Make sure you all beat me next time.

I'm opening the next round now in case I don't have chance next weekend, so feel free to start posting your predictions now if you wish. You've all got plenty of time though - there's another international break now so the next round will begin in two weeks time at 12.30 on Saturday 19th October.
