That's probably putting it a bit strongly. I don't think it's literally post-midnight Ofcom rules. For example, I'm guessing that the sex toy will still be allowed to be visible on the web.

So how much are BS's attempts to be their own Ofcom going to stick?
Couple of standouts for me why this is a spectacularly bad idea, one minor but irritating - because it involves an option central to my tastes - the other more fundemental.
Why make dual cam a paid for option of perv then attempt to artficially stiffle the babe's ability to be sexy on one output? Debilitating your own paid features is not the way to go generally!
Why should clever savvy babes who know how to work both tip and cam crowds be (potentially) stifled to protect less skilful and/or content paranoid babes?
These rule changes attempt to put BS's bottom line (pairing it with the introduction of Gold shows which also look to skew things to the operator's favour) and protection of one set of babes paramount. Even over the established variety on offer in customer service and the individual babe's ability to choose how she works. Once again BS is asking guys to vote with their wallets for a more restricted service overall and exceptional babes to meekly fall in line. Hopefully they'll end up widely ignored.
Reasons why the latter will have happened if it does: The web is not TV. The market place is not the same. Customer expectations are not the same and can not be manipulated at will when context doesn't aid you in what you're trying to do. "Rules" carry little weight in such circumstances unless backed by financial sanction.
