Yousaf has said she should do the decent thing & resign forcing a by-election.

Nice of him to want Labour to get another seat

The Scottish Court of Session has ruled that the UK Government's use of a Section 35 to block the gender recognition act is lawful.

The Scottish Government has the right to appeal & the case may end up in The Supreme Court

It's all kicking off up here today... Surprised

The Greens are toast.
Humza is toast.
Ash Regan is grinning like a cheshire cat, and writing a list of demands.
Wee Eck sounding like the voice of reason... eek

The thing is that if Humza had been patient with the Greens and allowed them to naturally get on with their processes to decide whether or to continue their power sharing agreement, the Greens would have most likely backed the continuation of the agreement. Instead, Humza has behaved impatiently and petulantly because his own ego could take the idea of others deciding his political destiny. Which, ironically, is the position he finds himself in where he can just be bossed around.

Basically, a lot of the things they wanted to be implemented as policy in the Bute House agreement were being frustrated or blocked and the SNP were not defending them as part of the agreement.
