Depends on how you interpret the word explicit, Steven. There was certainly no other show at that time that offered the same level of full frontal nudity that Babestar did.
Babestar at it's peak was untouchable, in my opinion. They had the balance between softcore and hardcore absolutey perfect!

I maybe new to all this but a few months back a beautiful girl called JULIET was on fire. Explicit and soft simultaneously and then it is obvious the other powers put the boot in.
Since then she has disappeared along with the channel with a tiny come back much toned down a month or so back.
I get tired and disgusted with "boys" who talk for hours to girls who just sit there not hiding how bored they are and happy to just wiggle their hips.
Lets all just blank the girls that refuse, totally refuse to "bring it". No names necessary as you read this the same old names spring to mind.
We get the contempt we deserve and suck it up.
This thread is a fight back that is well over due......

I agree, stemmata, but the boycott idea only works when enough people are willing to come on board, and as I keep saying, there's enough of the new genertaion of viewers who are content with what they get and will continue to phone and text - and that's all these channels need to keep going.
Maybe we should cut the channels some slack. Maybe they do have their hands tied by Ofcom, but I dunno, the shows just seem so lazy these days.

we are in a country where about 10 million at least of the population would rather pay alot of money to talk to a topless model rather than meeting a real woman. sounds fine to me if you have money to burn and they could actually do with adding more channels to keep up with demand.

It's not just Ofcom and the babe channels, it's also the girls themselves. Not all of them want to show their pussy on screen, so if Ofcom did become a bit less restrictive, what do you do with the likes of Dionne,Toya, Geri etc...?
Don't forget, many of the girls on Babestar were pornstars, so had no problem with showing everything.

I don't ring either but don't mock the guys who do. This forum wouldn't exist if it weren't for them, because no calls = no babe channels = no forum.
