have a look on punternet.com - personally wouldn't touch massage parlours with someone else's - if you want an escort try adultwork.com. check the reviews/ratings first that's a decent guide.

They usually have a door fee of about £15-20 for half an hour, then the girl herself will charge roughly about £40-50 for half an hour. When you go to the parlour, you'll pay the door fee and get given a towel and shown to the lounge where a girl will probably ask if you've been before. If you say no, she'll probably show you what to do which basically involves having a shower then picking your lady and heading to the room.
Check for a parlour with a website and have a look on there at girls descriptions but bare in mind they might not be 100% accurate. If you see the girls and don't like any of them, you could walk out but you wouldn't get the door fee back. Some places let you have a look before you pay the door.
Best bet is to look on Punternet at the field reports for your area and also look around the forums and search for mentions of any saunas near where you live and get some feedback on them. Alternatively you could go to AdultWork but a massive percentage of girls on there are time wasters and fakes so be careful. Only pick a girl with genuine looking pics and a lot of positive feedback. They tend to be more expensive, the cheapest ones ranging from about £70-100 for the half hour but I guess they're less likely to clock watch as they don't have management breathing down their neck.

Have just started frequently Thai/Chinese massages parlours.. they are great. The girls are good fun and really dirty … happy to do anything providing the price is right and the prices are pretty cheap - not that different to those quoted above which was from 10 years ago. was expertly sucked off for £50 yesterday
