from my experience with 964 when it was 10p/min, it seemed to change from a sex channel to one for lonely older men just looking for a long chat. and it was almost impossible to get through because these guys would just stay on the line forever telling their stories.
sounds great but in practice its a bad change

Some interesting figures in the Ofcom "Participation 3" consultation document. One day when I really have nothing better to do and am finding my accountant friends too exciting, I'll go through it taking notes. But until then.
