I tried this morning, it just locks into a loop of the prerecorded message saying to listen in press 1 to talk press 2, either option just goes back to same message

Well I am not happy!
I opted to get a code/pin number for 5 free minutes and sure enough I got through to Sugar. Had waited patiently for the intro and then while she chatted with another guy. That took up about 3 minutes of the 5.
So we began chatting and I was very complimentary to a very deserving babe when, with us laughing, the line went dead. I am assuming that once the 5 minutes was over that the call was cut off!
But why? Surely it would be better to go onto being charged the usual rate once the 5 minutes was up!? I was expecting that to be the case.
Sugar was on screen trying to keep chatting to me while I was angry at being made to look rude. I expect she thought I had hung up!
I'm not sure where else to post this, but wonder whether other guys have had the same issue? And are equally angry. Actually, it makes me wonder about whether it's worth calling again, so a valued customer may well have been lost.
Good customer service, not!

I'm not sure if that's possible. I don't think it's allowed under the phone regulations. That's why you need to dial again.

That sounds right to me. It's basically because as you have free minutes and you phone a seperate number for the free minutes, they then can't start charging you for minutes, even if a time limit is shown, as in this case 5 minutes, it still can't as you could get people claiming they were billed for the 5 minutes as well.
Also the number would be very unlikely to be allowed to be used if you had 5 minutes free, then went straight to normal rate.
