My top 11 for the World Cup would be
Paige, Cleo and Rosie from Babestation
Danni Harwood & Lucy Zara from Bangbabes
Lucy from Babesport
Mica, Dionne Daniels from Elite
Victoria, Kelly and Fernanda from The Pad
Play them in any formation that you fancy
They'd be rubbish at football. But well worth watching
And a fine alternative to all those overpaid, oversexed footballers

Centre Def - Vidic (Man Utd) & Lucio (Inter)
Left Back - Evra (Man Utd)
Right Back - Alves (Barca)
Def Mid - Seydou Keita (Barca)
Centre Mid - Xavi (Barca) & Lampard (Chelsea)
Left Wing - Messi (Barca)
Right Wing - Ronaldo (Real Madrid)
CF - Rooney (Man Utd)
That's based on this season performances, but the GK was a tricky one.

I'm going to assume we mean best overall, not just in their top form at this moment?

GK: Buffon (Still classy and at the top of his game)
DL: Evra (Best left back in the world, for my money)
DR: Glenn Johnson (The world seems short of truly top notch right backs, but I think Johnson is a slightly better option defensively than Ramos or Alves. Only slightly, mind you.)
DC: Vidic, Terry (I think these two are very difficult to argue with.)
DM: Gattuso (Knocking on a bit, but still as good a destroyer as you'll find in world football. Just don't ask him to go forward if you want him back in your half in a hurry.
)RAM: Ronaldo (Don't think that can be argued with, either.)
CAM: Xavi (Again, I'm not sure there can be any debate about his inclusion.)
LAM: Silva (Best left winger around, right now. Looks like staying that way for a few years, as well.)
FW (free role): Messi (Like he wasn't going to get in?)
ST: Villa (Just shades ahead of Rooney or Torres because he accelerates quicker than Rooney, can hold the ball up better than Torres and suits a one up top system very well indeed.)
Subs (We can name subs, right?): Casillas (Only just edged out by Buffon), Lucio (Not the quickest, but the best defender Brazil have had in a long time), Lahm (Classy full back, can play on either side of the defence), Cambiasso (A top notch holding midfielder, surprisingly useful going forward), Kaka (Not had the best year by his standards, but still a touch of class), Torres (Because he's world class and you need two strikers on the bench with this set up, in case of injury or tactical change), Rooney (Ditto)

Based on this seasons form, I'd have Higuain over Torres.
