Uncut is surely correct as the programme is live and therefore it won't be possible to cut anything. Hardcore is technically correct also because it will still be hardcore even if shot from discreet camera angles.

I believe IanG is incorrect and that you can't complain to Ofcom in any meaningful way, as Ofcom have contracted out regulation of broadcast advertising content to the Advertising Standards Authority.

Valid point elgar1uk and you are correct but i think that what skully is saying is that not only is this hardcore and uncut description used for the live show but also for the general programming of both tvx and the red hot channels.
I have been a subscriber to txv in the past and on numerous occassions the programmes were described as explicit and uncut which was obviously not the case.
Now i know that they are not able to show explicit hardcore but i wonder just how many viewers were parted with their money on the premise of seeing more explicit programming only to find the reality was entirely different.

First i've heard of this. Should be interesting viewing. I currently subscribe to tvx and redhot but only have 2 months left of my 12 month initial contract and i was planning to cancel the subscription as soon as the 12 months expired. If this turns out to be any good though i could be changing my mind

i think using the word uncut can sometimes be deceptive. people think it means hardcore. Its like saying that the One show with Christine Bleakley..UNCUT, actually makes it sound like she might be starkers on the show
Whilst they aren't lying i do think it gives the wrong impression and we all know it wont be Hardcore either so i think they should stop using that phrase in there advertising!
Still im open minded and want to see just what type of show and what girls are on.
