But that doesn't seem a very professional attitude to have. He makes it sound like he's only got one guy that can fix his web services.
What happened to redundancy, where you always have someone on hand that can do each job in case of emergencies. 
I mean, if you had a power failure, are you saying if your electrician wasn't there, you'd just leave it til got back.
Bullshit, you'd be on the phone getting someone in to fix it ASAP.You make it seem like because it's only the webstream it doesn't matter. What about those people who can't watch via TV, or your website subscribers. Are you saying their not worth it.

We'll just have to watch the news to see where the body turns up.

Bob stub out the cigar and sort your webstream out.If it means leaving the "table" a little earlier than usual then so be it.
