hi fellas and where are these settings and how do you navigate around them? mines just been fixed at will be back home for xmas so if anyone could tell me please

They are in the My Xbox section of the dashboard. Under settings. Either visual or picture settings I can't remember which one it is called. It is quite easy to do and everytime you change something the console lets you see what the new setting will do you to your picture before asking you to confirm if you want to keep it or not.
