Also in the u.s smallville will remain on fridays but it will be paired up with supernatural and here's the interview regrading Allison Mack reason for leaving smallville:

Dawn osteroff has said that Allison mack will appear in many eps, Did not specify amount. Same budget as season 9 so that will prob mean a crap looking darkseid. Tom welling says season 10 will go out with a bang.
Rosenbaum won't be back, well not unless he can do it without shaving his head as that's why he's turned down coming back. And lex with hair would just look wrong....

I know the writers of smallville have just started work on season 10 on 1st june, so hopefully there should be some news soon

According to Kryptonsite the title for the season 10 premiere will be called Lazarus, called be this to do with something rising back or possibly be rejuvenated, also the fourth ep of season 10 will be the 200th Smallville ep
