I snapped today when I was called one to many discusting names. It was'nt major like previous scenarios but it was my snapping point.
Its sad because I, like others I suppose get used to it and it becomes normal.
In this industry sometimes I think people judge you and if your a sensitive soul it can cut deep so in a way i felt I deserved the abuse but NO MORE FOR ME

Way to go!! I add my wholehearted best wishes during this time; as you have said, it is difficult, and as the others have stated, we (your friends) support you 100%.
In my profession I see alot of abusive behavior, or rather the tragic effects of it, and it seems as if you have taken that all important first step towards healing and recovery, in every sense of those words.
Got home tonight, and it was great to see your smile again. Will be out of the country for the holidays so will have to undergo a bit of "Sasha-withdrawl", but will return in the New Year.
Great timing for you, what with all those resloutions and starting fresh. Take care of yourself and your family.

Hi Sasha, I haven't had any contact with you previously but having read this thread I have to add my support at a very difficult time.
I don't know if things ever became physical, and would never ask as some things are far to personal to share even with strangers; all I can say is that after my sister went through a similar ordeal, I can say from personal experience that you have done a brave and wonderful thing and will become a stronger and better person for it.
The first step is the most difficult, and the most terrifying but you have already shown your strength by taking positive action to ensure it ends.
NO-ONE deserves treatment of the nature you've had and hopefully now you can begin to move on and make the life you truly want. Although we don't know each other, I can say in all honesty that I feel proud of your actions and wish you all the happiness and success you so richly deserve.
