Its seems daft to me Joe is only 28 and seems like he has got over his injury. I hope Man City sign him up

Bit Gutted Cole"s leaving, but if he supposedly wanted the same kind of wages as Lampard and Terry then there was only going to be one outcome. I Just hope he doesn"t join Spurs.annoyed

I see Raw Wilkins has now been let go by Chelsea from his position as assistant manager. Among those already linked to the vacancy are Gianfranco Zola, Steve Clarke, Gus Poyet and Paolo Maldini.

Carlo Ancelotti has said that any appointment to replace Ray Wilkins will come from within the club.

Money - I think he was the highest paid assistant coach in the league and its sounds like his services were getting less and less needed

The time of the meeting had been pre-arranged apparently, so it being half time in a reserve game was just a coincidence.
