That sort of happened to me about 9 months ago.

I bought a hd telly from amazon for my bedroom, on a 26 inch Panasonic but it's a brilliant tv (one of what hi-fi's best of 2007) and it cost be £550 which at the time was a bargain as it was being sold everywhere else for £700.

Well barely a week later they dropped the price to £420 which seriously pissed me off.
So I emailed to complain and total respect to them they actually refunded me the £129 balance, I really can't gripe about Amazon after that because really they had no obligation to do that.

I bought a book each for the missus, between the holidays. Took supersaver free delivery so god knows how long it'll take them to arrive, I've never used them before, just play.com.
