Well..... thats how I role! & I have also kept up to speed on my FB & answered everyone there too ha...
It was hard work yesterday for me, feeling crap & try to be bubbly at the same time was a struggle. Just popped a pic on FB Strident hun-have a look! It's a general one yey xo

Still doing the Pad from 10 today & still going for Silver & NO tightsbut I don't know how long I will survive on air-maybe I'll be fine & do the stint, but if I'm gone you know I must be feeling pretty crap, as it takes something serious to get me to call sick.
