The more I think about this new so called powers given to ofcom I am too beginning to look more on a positive note and think now that the focus will now be not so much on the babe channels anymore, maybe that was the problem all along ofcom simply didn't have enough workload to go by and probably picked on the babe channels because they had nothing better to do, ofcom won't be so idle now and will hopefully be too busy dealing with more pressing matters at hand than some petty moran of a complaint from some do gooder church going bastard.
