I thought Kate did a great job reading out and responding to texts, considering she hasn't done that on a show before.

I'll give her the rest of the day to 'step it up', but so far she's just the same old bore that she was on The Pad. Alana would be so much better than her.

But alana is only good when shes on with natalia and at the moment I dont see her joining elite unless elite makes some cuts

Rachel, Kate, Paige and Cara could easily be replaced. Alana's a natural performer, whilst Kate isn't. Not sure what is going on at Elite TV, but Jamie is making some pretty average signings these days.

She's very aesthetically pleasing, i dont know what she's like to speak to, but she seems quite lively at the moment to me!
She's never going to girate like Tiffany Tate Taylor, Fernanda or Lynsey from the pad (to name a few)
but Elite days tend to be slower paced than those of the pad so i think she fits in quite well here.

Alana even made the Cellcast daytime shows entertaining.
That tells you how good she is, plus, Natalia looks lost on Elite TV without her. Send Kate and a few of the other bores out on loan to Cellcast, and use the opportunity to then bring in some real elite babes.
