Don't bother with the Mumbai call centre - they can't/won't help. Have you checked your speed? If you goto Speedtest and click "begin test", you can see what your speed is. The "download" speed is also your surfing speed.
If it's very low (like mine usually is) that can cause web pages not to load.
Mine has been especially slow the past couple of weeks. Here's my current speed from just now -

Jam Da Man, I've never had any speed problems here in Chester although occasionally when I've used it in other parts of the country and I've never had cause to call any help lines.

I don't know what all this means, DOWNLOAD 0.47mb/s UPLOAD 0.03mb/s PING 369ms I don't know how to post the graphicRolleyes but my internet works as I'd expect it to even with my impatience but my download speed for things like megaupload normally ranges from about 7kb/ps to 27kb/ps once every blue moon it will reach 37kb/ps to 73kb/ps so anything 180MB in size is a NO NO I wouldn't mind watching the Amanda Rendall, Shaft vidannoyed
As for Broadband I'm pretty happy with the £15p/m for 15GB as I don't DL much... 7kb/psannoyed I only use about 3GB a month.

^Mitchell, your Download speed is basically your browsing speed (for loading pages)
Don't know about the Ping, but yours looks very slow.
To post the pic of your result, do the test again, then when the result appears, select "copy forum link" (left click) Then paste into a post (via right click)

Same as me, mitchell. I've gotten past the stage, not that there is anything wrong with it, that I feel the need to download ... let's say ... specialist videos. So bugging about on here and reading on line newspapers is all I get up to these days so I don't require super strength download speeds and unlimited specialist usage.
