Grindhouse and Exploitiation are two completely different genres.
Exploitation – Usually a parody on a race, class, or subject with the aim to entertain those within the category as well as outside the category.
Grindhouse – A film production method that is extremely inexpensive, graphic, sometimes trite but entertaining. Historically, grindhouse films were three for one mostly horror.

i thought the genre was grindhouse and within that fell exploitation, sexploitation, blaxploitation, nazisploitation etc. you learn something new everyday! cheers!
