Here's a cute babe with another angle on things, she's also a grafter, these caps are from mid-December & this nightshow started, I think at 9am; a few days later her Boxing Day nightshow finished at 1pm, next day, think it started at 1pm on Boxing Day.....24hour shift???? Surprised

Now that she's recovered from that, missing for a while, she's now returning to EliteTV on Breakfast Club on Sunday & I'll be delighted to see her on the shows again, either waving her ass or her phone.

Yeh I think its really disrespectful when a girl is on the phone to someone and is still constantly wagging the phone to the camera. I actually think that some girls now dont even realise they are doing it as its just second nature for them to do it.

I note comment has been made about Morgan and Courtney.

I note Tammy does it a lot as well and rememebering back to HV days this was a regular feature on that station to have the girls waving the phones and note all three girls worked on HV for quite along time.

Agreed totally disrespectful I stopped calling one girlie mainly due to this reason, her phone waving cost her a fair few minutes.

What's also annoying is if the girl is waving the phone about while on a call and by doing so she can't hear what the caller is saying. Siobhan on Red Light is one of the worst for this, every other word she says is "Wassat?" (that's what she says, not "What?" or "Pardon?") as she can't hear her caller.

I think the girls on screen are instructed to do the phone waving by their producers. I suppose it could depend on how greedy the producer is, its obviously just tactics to gain extra cash.

I don't really let things like that bother me though, and lets face it, the girls are just doing their wrist excersises.... just like us lot are... Wink

I find it really disrespectful. I know I am Mr Boring but I would be gutted if it happened to me when I was on the line (fortunately Fernanda would not dream of it).

Although it may be second nature to a girl who has been waggling that thing all night (repetitive disorder). They should try pouting instead.

My girl is a pouter between calls, instead of a waggler, but this simply brings me out in my repetitive disorder: Waggling And Not Knowing.

I 2 think its quite rude knowing fine well there r actually on d fone anyway.... But having spoke 2 steph about this she said the girls hve no other option.... She reckons the producers on the channels r clocking the girls minutes 2 see if there meeting the targets..... I also know she has been told off for her minutes been shit so as it seems disrespectful the girls need the listeners 2 make up there minutes 2 keep em in the job

Phone waving is nothing new.Courtney on CP was one of the first I noticed who did it.Especially when trying to get through and thinking there's no one calling.Mind you it's as bad as the 'girl caller'(copyright BS)Shame the girls are pressured into doing it but thats the adult business for you I 'spose.
