I hate boob jobs but Karina has had a very well done job so she still gets my vote. But I will always prefer the memories of the old Karina with the Linda Fiorentino figure. (If your over 30 you should know who she is and why she was popular)
Daryls are pretty convincing as long as the camera doesnt get too close or the picture gets too sharp.

I usually try not to comment on personal things like this, but these posts are way OTT - I think it's one of the most obvious boob jobs ever. They are indeed so far apart you could virtually park a small van there and they don't move when she moves - they stay rigidly in position.
I used to be a huge Karina fan. I first saw her when she was being interviewed on Men & Motors years ago (claiming she only did girl/girl, never boy/girl!). I thought she was one of the loveliest, classiest, sexiest pornstars imaginable, with a gorgeously slim figure - a perfect package. For months afterwards I scoured the porn shops, mail order catalogues, small ads, newsagents top shelves, internet, in fact everywhere I could think of to find as much of her work as possible. Then she had the boob job and I was devastated.
Karina is still one of the loveliest girls in porn and has a really sexy voice, but I can't cope with the boob job.
