Today Rover I have been catching up on ZZZZ'x after getting in at 7am and then boxing for son and made dinner for my dad and generally looking after the baby etc.....
Nothing too major happened darling.
Not much has been going on either at work or at home lately - I suppose I'm due for a bit of excitement like a boozy night on the tiles or something of that tune.
My brother has a big birthday party coming up so I'm looking forward to that.
Latley I've been swimming alot and running. Its really invigorating. Although sometimes its a struggle to jam everything in.
Have you guys been okay?

It leaves you feeling like a being of light - thats pending on whether you push it too far like I did the other night
35 minutes of running gradient - 1 ,speed 12.5. After taking twenty minutes to have a diet coke and change I jumped into the pool and swam 100 lengths of a 25 metre pool.
I actually felt really bad after all of this.
I walked home from the pool which was over a mile not even remembering anything about the journey. I felt done in nonetheless!
I was meant to cram in some exercise today but kids come first don't they? and i could'nt get a quick dose of babysitting

My swimsuit is small tight and black - Speedo of course.
Its high up the thigh and cover me upper parts firmly to aid streamlining
I love baywatch - and would really love to get a baywatch costume. Do you think they sell them anywhere?
