It sounds bad, as we've seen this from other babe channel women lately, but it's possible she just made an honest mistake, which is quite easy to do!

Also, that top picture of her is not very accurate, as it has grain and ridges all over it. Lucy IS pretty!

I'm sure it will be resolved. The Brits do love to name and shame don't they? Sometimes warranted, but sometimes they jump all over anything they can get their hands on Shy
