yes but the format has changed though and the winner isn't being employed by Sugar, they are in a partnership in a new company. Last years final was a real let down because none of the finalists actually had a decent business idea it will be interesting to see what ideas they have this year.

Adam deserved to go, he was lucky to get that far in the process to be honest. He's obviously a good salesman but showed no other skills and came across as being a bit thick.
Nick was my favourite, but I think he's too nice. He doesn't speak up even though he knows exactly what the others are doing wrong. I doubt Sugar will want to work with someone like that.
I think Tom has a good chance, although he's made some crucial errors in some of the recent tasks and doesn't seem to have the enthusiasm of some of the others.
Jade has had some good ideas in the tasks, but she's by far the weakest of the four in my opinion. She's lucked her way to the final.
I think Ricky's the strongest overall candidate and has come on a long way through the course of the show. He gained a lot of respect from me when he defended Gabrielle in the boardroom when Stephen was being a condescending prick.

So Ricky wins as I predicted. Best business plan by far, I liked Nick's plan too but it would have been too much of a risk.
