True, but in order to get rid of him Elway had to offer Manning a 5 year deal, to get him ahead of any other teams. That is crazy really, for a player that has maybe a couple of good years left. And of course this is despite Elway backing Tebow to be the starting QB at the start of next season.
Nobody really thought that Denver were ever a contender at first for Manning, and then he fell to them, questions about Tebow came about and then the Jets being the Jets took the most talked about player in the NFL last year.
As a Patriots fan it's wonderful to see them give a fat contract to Mark Sanchez (their starting QB - who's not all that great) and then go and get Tebow. Jets locker room is now in disarray, well it was already but now it's even more so
.The draft is up this month - hopefully the Pats do well and pick up some good defensive talent.

all nfl teams have had makeovers to their kits as nike has taken over from reebok as nfl kit supplier. most jerseys have subtle changes apart from seattle who have a totally new look

2nd out of the draft is expected to be another Quarterback, Robert Griffin III is wanted by the Washington Redskins

1st or 2nd week in September I think. think Chicago Bears will be the team to watch this year. Not just saying this cause I'm a bears fan. we've made some fantastic signings this offseason and made some good draft picks. Got a good backup qb and finally got the big play recieved we've needed for years Brandon Marshall
