well since its been posted here then yes ofcom will know about it
as ofcom do check the forums, have heard this a while ago and is why i dont mention any babe flashing anything they shouldnthopefully since it wasnt blatant, happened very late, breanne was trying not to flash and wasnt fully flashed then hopefully just a slap on the wrist.

When it comes to situations like this, Ofcom don't strike me as the type of crowd that are lenient towards these channels, but lets hope it is just a slap on the wrist

have to wait and see, but from what has been said, it seems to have been an accidental flash and breanne was trying not to flash and keep it covered, then when ofcom have investigated this (if indeed they had a complaint about it) they'll just give elite a warning/slap on the wrist
cant have been that serious as elite are cautious about breaking the rules and will hit the "alice" button anytime they think anything is breaking the rules. when cara went to lick ashley emma's nipple a week ago elite hit the "alice" button very quickly bringing the elite logo on screen and taking the show off

Yeah, not mentioning flashes is kind of common sense for anyone who knows about Ofcom.
I still think there should be a disclaimer on this forum, asking others not to mention slips or breaches of Ofcom rules. When they are posted in videos here, it's not such a big deal, because if Ofcom wants to find any breaches, they'll have to watch every single video, but when you mention breaches, you're basically directing Ofcom and aiding them.

and even if we didnt we could guess thats what they were hinting at in the post!besides, ultimate responsibility shouldnt lie with the viewer, it should be with the performer and the shows producers!

Good point. By saying someone pushed the limits, that would be a red flag, but most of the time those comments are added with "But they didn't cross the line or break any rules etc". I just think posting comments such as "She bent over at exactly blah blah blah and showed her open puss* for ten seconds, and you could see everything!!!!" should be cautioned against. The moment we start to get better shows on these channels, Ofcom comes calling and we and the channels are instantly back to square one, as history has shown.
