This isn't necessarily directed solely at Candy, but I think there are 2 reasons for women, who get a boob job and may want one in the future.

1. I think perhaps a sense of insecurity or low self esteem

2. Some women may think it improves themselves, makes them feel more attractive and confident about themselves
