Or are there others having the same problems as me?
I have e-mailed the same person who sorted my April prize within a day, yet in the week since e-mailing about my May & season prize I have had no response or prize issued to my user name.

I haven't received a single prize yet over the course of the whole season. This after countless emails with no response. Count yourself lucky you even got one prize!

Thanks for taking the time to reply and help with sorting out this issue, however it has been almost a week since I e-mailed the promotions address and my account has yet to be updated.
Just wondering has this issue been resolved for others, and if so how did you get it resolved?
