I ordered a 5 min JOI from Jenna Hoskins, wasn't that dear, £68.
I asked for delivery within 7 days but that was 11 days ago and still haven't received it
, I messaged the site and asked them when I will receive the clip a few days ago and I'm still waiting on a reply.

I've been waiting over 3 weeks for one.
Have emailed them 3 times now and not had a single reply. Getting really really fucked off with them right now.
The last time they failed to reply and deliver, they had the excuse that it was the xmas hols.
Will not be using them again after this. Shame really.
Probably better to contact the girls themselves and cut out the middle men.

A utterly terrible website.
At first I was convinced since I ordered one video with Christie Stevens and it was delivered on time and was exactly what I wanted. Based on that I order three more videos, but that's where it all goes downhill. So far only one video was delivered but it doesn't work and Customs4U have refused to help.
The other two videos have not been delivered and, despite several e-mails, they have not responded. In fact they've even removed the record of one order from my profile, so now there is no record of the order or the payment!
In the end I wasted a total of $973.50. I would STRONGLY recommend that no one use this website.

I've been trying to get in touch with someone over there for over a week now. I wanted to buy a custom video, but had some questions, and there's not been any response to the e-mails I've sent. The same goes for their online chat support ... it's been offline all week as well.
I think I'll hold off on buying anything from them until they get a little more stable with customer support.
