Maybe a longshot, but how about ChatGirl TV????
....I think they're in High Wycombe, nearer than Milton Keynes or Bristol & maybe accomodating to the idea of a dom/fetish theme.

I'm sure Red Light would be willing to accommodate the dom character. There's plenty of fetish stuff there already so this seems to be one of their things. Only snag is they're in Bristol.
