Got this on Friday on pre-order before I found out it was allegedly bug ridden and unplayable. What a load of tosh. The game has played as hoped for so far and is gorgeous to look at. Another criticism I have heard is that its reminiscent of other Assassins Creed games. Errr...what did those critics really expect or want to see? Something set in the near future, where Arno fights in a mech suit, killing bad guys with rocket launchers or driving around in a gokart dressed as a plumber??
I got the Bastille Edition which has a real quality feel to it. Comes in a steel box, has a leatherbound artwork book, a cd of the soundtrack, limited edition postcards and most importantly, two extra missions.

Well said Bytor couldn't have put better myself, it is a shame with games these days having so many bugs and the games not being ready yet i would rather they delay it till they get the game right rather rush it out to get it on certain date. They know they can patch games along the way so they release them half fucked.
As for what you said criticism its being getting its silly the Assassins Creed games have always been set in different periods of time so aside from the different time periods its thrive on the same formula its funny how these reviewers don't use this same logic on other games lol.
