She'd made such a brave decision to stop her treatment and decided to go out with dignity. The mum in the OXO adverts was a memorable role - but also memorable were her appearances as an inquisitor in Doctor Who: Trial of A Time Lord alongside 6th Doctor Colin Baker and a good supporting actress role in At Home With The Braithwaites.
