As far as I'm concerned 8 weeks is far too long to be holding onto any babe video before posting it, unless the show is sensational then I won't bother my arse recording it anymore.
I understand however where RLC is coming from, Ofcom are cunts and have tried to throw the book at this channel numerous times so I can understand why they are so reluctant to lift this ruling. However what I will say is that the war waged upon these channels isn't nearly at the same level that it once used to be so it might be worth reconsidering this in the coming months once we know who the new Chief Executive is and what his or her stance is with regards to this type of entertainment.

The 8 week rule has nothing to do with Ofcom it's simply Playboy not wanting vids posted on forums before then so they have chance to make money of them first.

In the light of the hopeful return of RLC to sky I thought it might be an idea to dust off this old thread.
From reading the comments on this thread it seems that a large part of the 8 week rule was because of playboy. So now that they have gone their separate ways it might be an idea to reconsider the 8 week rule.
What does anyone else think?
