RE: ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 - Snooks - 20-01-2015 21:17 A tri-nations tournament against two of the better ODI teams in the world played in one of the World Cup host nations has to be considered ideal preparation for a World Cup campaign. Gets the players into the right groove at just the right time. I just hope England can make the most of it. RE: ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 - REX MASTER - 20-01-2015 21:22 Its Only Gonna Be One Country Winning The Cricket World Cup And That Is The Defending World Champions..... India... They Are Just Too Strong. And now only 3 days later the West Indies have been hammered again. They made only 122 against South Africa in the 3rd ODI of their series, and the runs were knocked off inside 25 overs to give South Africa a 9 wicket win. It could be a hard World Cup ahead for the West Indies. RE: ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 - William H Bonney - 23-01-2015 08:06 England have made 303/8 against Australia today, with an innings of 141 from Ian Bell and 69 from Joe Root, although on a low note 3 wickets went down to the last 3 balls of the innings. The England side is the same as the one which beat India in the last match. RE: ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 - Charlemagne - 23-01-2015 12:19 Ouch! so close. England 303-8, Australia 304-7 with one ball to spare England failed to score big in the last 6 overs.. RE: ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 - cosmonaut - 23-01-2015 14:54 This really was an opportunity missed for England. After 40 overs England were 244/2. After 40 overs Australia were 230/5. RE: ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 - Charlemagne - 30-01-2015 08:34 England restricted India to just 200 all out in today's match. But the pitch is inconsistent, and there's lots of bounce. RE: ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 - William H Bonney - 30-01-2015 13:29 England slumped to 66/5 but Taylor and Buttler staged a recovery and England got home with 19 balls to spare and won by 3 wickets. RE: ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 - Charlemagne - 30-01-2015 20:59 Moeen Ali was out when he tried to hit the spinner out of the ground, but didn't get all of it and was caught at long-off. He needs to review that shot as he's been out a few times this way recently. But well done to Taylor and Buttler at holding the innings together RE: ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 - Charlemagne - 01-02-2015 06:00 England won the toss and decided to bowl. Currently Australia 90/4 off the 23rd over. From a Moheed Ali bowl, Buttler dropped the ball but was still able to pick it up and stump Steve Smith. |
